Who doesn't love Tacos? With so many healthy toppings to choose from, and the variety of flavours in each bite, taco bowls are one of my happiest meals that I can switch up every time!
My favourite toppings:
Hot Salsa
Cubed tomatoes
Pumpkin seeds (Pepitas)
Lean Ground Turkey
Cassava Flour Tortilla Chips
Silk Unsweetened Plain Coconut Yogurt
On top of a bed of shredded Lettuce
*I only use Cassava Flour Tortilla chips. Corn is one of those vegetables that can wreak havoc on your body with GMO's they put in. The plain coconut yogurt tastes exactly like sour cream, my friends can hardly notice the difference!
