In a stroke of culinary brilliance (not having the right baking pan), I decided to defy the laws of dessert physics and embark on the sweetest idea imaginable: creating a brownie-turned-donut. Just the idea makes your taste buds do a happy dance and your diet plans weep softly in the corner. Pictured below: a fudgy, decadent brownie, transformed into a donut that whispers sweet promises of indulgence with every bite.
And with that, I created my first “Bronut”.

What you’ll need:
3 ripe Bananas
1/4 cup Chocolate chips
1/2 cup Almond Butter
50 grams pure Cocoa powder
How to make:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease your donut pan.
In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas. When completely mashed, add almond butter and stir the mixture until smooth.
Mix in cocoa powder and transfer to the donut pan.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely at room temperature before removing.
