I am obsessed with the nut butter and chocolate combo! Reese's cups are one of the indulgences that I missed since going dairy-free. So, I knew it couldn't be that hard to create my own and begin enjoying "Reese's Cups" again! Now, I can have them again with only 3 ingredients!
Ingredients required for 5 cups:
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
170 g 70% Dark Chocolate
5 tbsp Smooth Natural Almond Butter
How to make:
Melt your chocolate and coconut oil on low heat, until completely liquid.
Pour a small amount into your silicone cupcake/muffin liners and set into the freezer to harden for 5 minutes
Keep your chocolate melting on the lowest simmer while your first layer hardens.
Remove after 5 minutes and place 1 tbsp of almond butter on top, ensuring it reaches all sides.
Pour the remaining chocolate on top, covering the almond butter. Place in fridge to set and enjoy!
