Nutrition for Athletic Performance
Ideal for: Any level of athlete in any sport. Those who may be struggling with eating during running, having a snack before a lifting session or need guidance on their individual hydration needs. This program helps support you with managing GI issues while training, creates a sense of accountability and fosters a healthy athlete/life schedule. In the Athletic Performance program, I take everything I've learned and start with the basics. From hydration to taking in those well-needed carbs pre-session we take it one week at a time, to get you on track for your next race, competition or training block!

Deep Health Daily Nutrition
Ideal for: Any individual looking to start or improve their health journey. Those who may be struggling with emotionally eating while upset or during happy times and those who are constantly trying a new diet each week without success. This program helps support you with managing GI issues caused by allergies, creates a sense of accountability and fosters a healthy life schedule. In the Deep Health program, I take everything I've learned and start with the basics. From overcoming brain fog, lethargy, mood swings, bloating, upset stomach and low motivation to living your most vibrant and authentic self!
