I specialize in sports nutrition and helping athletes understand how to meet their unique needs. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, or maintain your current fitness level, I have the expertise and resources to support you.

In the Athletic Performance program, we take everything we've learned and start with the basics. From hydration to taking in those well-needed carbs pre-session we take it one week at a time, to get you on track for your next race, competition or training block!
