"Nutella" Fat Bombs

With prep being easier than ever with a one bowl recipe, these bombs will give you extra time in the kitchen on Sunday and during your week. Full of satisfying healthy fats to prevent those mid-day drive thru dashes!

Add all ingredients to your food processor:

1 cup All Natural Hazelnut Butter

1/2 cup Coconut Flour

1/2 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

4 tbsp. Canned Coconut Milk (full fat or light if you want to lower the calories)

4 tbsp. Coconut Oil

1 tsp. Stevia (to taste)

  1. Set aside extra shredded coconut for rolling.

  2. Once processed, roll into balls and coat with extra coconut. Place into fridge.

  3. While balls are cooling, melt 100% bakers chocolate in a pot and add stevia to taste.

  4. Dip balls into chocolate and place on parchment paper to put in the fridge until cool.

Note: Can be stored in the fridge for a week or 2 months in the freezer! You can use any nut butter of your choosing! For the chocolate, I use bakers 100% chocolate bar. Since the bar is dairy and sugar free, I use a bit of coconut oil and stevia to add sweetness :)
