Okay, I've created something wonderful here. I can't remember why I decided to throw these ingredients together, although I'm sure it has something to do with trying to get in as much protein as possible in a ten minute time frame at work. Also, I'm obsessed with desserts and always want something sweet! I'm not kidding when I say this takes three minutes and is instantly thick!!
The basics:
150 Grams of Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
30 Grams of Unflavoured Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder
10 Grams Raw Cocoa Powder
3 Scoops Pure Stevia Powder
Toppings:
Nut Butter, I use Sunflower Seed Butter Or Almond Butter
Shredded Coconut
Berries of any kind
Add all ingredients to your bowl and whisk together with a fork until there are no more lumps. No need for the fridge, just top and enjoy :)
280 Cals, 13g Carbs, 15g Fat, 24g Protein
Perfect amount of sweetness :)
