Blueberry Chia Jam

This is my second jam recipe and most likely the one that will be sticking around in the fridge for a bit! I always choose wild blueberries since they have an insanely high amount of antioxidants because they are left to grow on their own, without farming. As easy as my Super simple Strawberry jam recipe and every bit as healthy with no additives! Make with any berry of your choice! Enjoy guilt free!

Ingredients:

600 Grams of Frozen Wild Blueberries

3 Tbsp of Black Chia seeds

Optional Stevia to taste

  1. Simmer blueberries on your stovetop until cooked and mash into your desired consistency, I like really chunky jam!

  2. Remove from heat and whisk in stevia and chia seeds! Let cool then transfer to a mason jar.

Note: Don't worry if it seems watery at first, allow the chia seeds to expand and thicken the jam in the fridge. The jam will last two weeks in the fridge, any longer I'm not sure..it's always gone beforehand!
